Find True North Healing
Where Mind, Body & Spirit Realign
At Find True North Healing, we believe the body holds powerful wisdom. Every muscle, breath, and heartbeat carries the imprint of our lived experiences—both joyful and painful. Under the care of Heather Weddle, Holistic Wellness Practitioner, clients are guided through a healing journey that gently reconnects the body and mind, releasing emotional blocks and restoring a deep sense of calm and wholeness.
Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking balance, these body-based practices offer a grounding return to yourself.
Why the Mind Body Connection Matters
At Find True North Healing, we recognize that true wellness isn’t just mental or physical—it’s the integration of both. Trauma, stress, and unprocessed emotions often live in the body. When we combine touch, breath, sound, and safe presence, we allow healing to move through all layers of the self:
Touch activates the parasympathetic system and gently unwinds trauma responses.
Breath brings awareness to what’s held and opens space to let go.
Sound aligns energy and invites restoration at a cellular level.
Awareness reconnects us with ourselves, our stories, and our healing paths.
Our Holistic Services
In our sessions, whether individual or family-based, we walk alongside adolescents as they explore any of the following:
-
Intentional, nurturing touch to restore calm and balance
Restorative massage is more than a moment of relaxation—it’s a therapeutic practice designed to regulate the nervous system, ease physical discomfort, and replenish emotional energy. With a focus on slow, supportive movements, this massage style nurtures both physical and emotional tension.
Heather's calm presence and intuitive touch help clients return to their bodies as a place of safety—often for the first time in a long time.
-
Healing the body’s story through trained, intentional touch
Heather brings a unique depth of skill to this work, having received specialized trauma release massage training in India, where bodywork is deeply rooted in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. This healing approach honors the reality that trauma lives in the body—often showing up as tension, pain, fatigue, or emotional disconnection.
Unlike traditional massage, this work is not just about easing sore muscles. It involves slower, attuned movements, pressure-point awareness, and mindful pacing to allow the nervous system to feel safe enough to release stored trauma. Clients are guided with breath and body awareness throughout the process.
The result? A session that is both deeply relaxing and profoundly cathartic—a space where grief, tension, anxiety, and even long-held trauma can begin to soften and move through. You don’t need to have the words or the story—your body already knows the way toward healing.
-
Unlock emotional flow and calm your nervous system
Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice of using the breath to create emotional release, relaxation, and presence. Through guided patterns of conscious breathing, you can clear energetic blockages, reduce anxiety, and access deep inner peace. Many clients describe it as "cleansing," "awakening," or "freeing."
In sessions with Heather, breathwork becomes a tool to shift out of overwhelm and into embodied self-awareness.
-
Vibrate back into balance
Using singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks, sound healing works through vibrational frequency to bring the body and mind into harmony. These subtle vibrations bypass the analytical mind and soothe the nervous system directly, helping you shift from fight/flight to calm/rest.
Many clients report a sense of emotional clarity, spaciousness, and deep grounding after just one session.
Begin Your Journey Back to Yourself
Each of us holds stress, grief, and emotional pain in ways that words alone can’t reach. At Find True North Healing, Heather Weddle offers a compassionate, body-centered path to wellness, one rooted in intuition, presence, and deep listening.
Let your body lead you home. Let your breath guide you back. Let healing begin.
