Parents and caregivers play an important role in supporting adolescent growth and well-being. We work collaboratively with families while also respecting the confidentiality necessary for therapy to be effective.
Our therapists help create a balance where teens have a safe space to be honest while caregivers remain appropriately informed and involved in supporting progress.
When appropriate, family sessions may be incorporated to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address family concerns.

The therapy process typically begins with an intake session where we gather information about concerns, strengths, history, and goals. From there, we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to the adolescent's specific needs.

We believe that money should never stand in the way of good therapy. We want clients to be able to access services and maintain those services until they are happy with the results. We offer limited sliding scale appointments based on financial need and grant funding for military affiliated clients.
