We provide a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to help identify if Find True North Therapy is a great fit for you.
This will be the perfect time to ask any questions you may have, identify current concerns, and review insurance coverage information.
The initial session will focus on collecting information about your history and current concerns. You can expect to be treated with respect, compassion, to be heard and responded to with empathy to your problem. We will work together to find the best route for treatment and set goals for our upcoming sessions together.
Treatment is tailored to what you deem important to work on and the goals you prioritize. We will reflect on any conflicts or experiences that may be impacting your ability to move forward in your life. During the treatment process, you will be given the necessary tools to make changes that will result in leading a more present and authentic life.
Length of treatment is unique to each client and circumstances. We will work with you to evaluate progress towards treatment goals and make adjustments to the course of treatment as needed. You can expect a collaborative and engaging experience that promotes self-awareness and change.

Fees for Service:
55 minute session - $125
We believe that money should never stand in the way of good therapy. Our goal is to provide quality therapy at affordable prices. We want clients to be able to access services and maintain those services until they are happy with the results. We do offer limited sliding scale appointments based on financial need through Open Path Collective. https://openpathcollective.org/ Ask us for additional details.
Out of Network Insurance
We are considered an out of network provider for all other insurance carriers.
If you do not have one of the in network insurances we can still offer you a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Every insurance plan has their own unique out of network coverage, so we encourage all clients to call the customer service number on the back of their insurance card and ask the following questions:
1. Do I have any out of network coverage?
2. What is my out of network coverage for mental health services?
3. What is my out of network deductible? (Often insurance plans have separate out of network deductibles)
If you do have out of network coverage then you can submit the special receipt we create as a courtesy and your insurance will send you reimbursement for our sessions together.
